CBD strength for extreme arthritis pain from severe joint deterioration.

66 year old male.   no alcohol.   no tobacco.   no pain meds.      decades long daily pot smoker.   naturally very high tolerance to bud and edibles.    long time piano player.   bad osteoarthritis in fingers and thumbs with advanced joint deterioration.

Reading what you said about CBD and THC.  that better results for chronic pain are obtained with a combination of the two in a similar ratio.   if so, does a high THC tolerance equate to a high CBD tolerance?   I realize that experimentation is needed when starting out.   any suggestions where to start?

Reading tips on CBD that talk about looking for a very low presence of THC.   your product seems pure with the preferred extraction process but I didn't see a THC percentage.   if combining THC and CBD is the way to go then possibly that is not good info.  any thoughts?

  • No -  THC and CBD work via different mechanisms of action so using THC won't result in tolerance to CBD.

As far as where to start - I would try 50 mg of CBD morning and night and see if you find that helpful.  I would also try a topical cream that has ingredients that allow the CBD to be absorbed by the skin.

The CBD products online have to be free of CBD so we can ship them legally. CBD has fantastic properties all by itself. Many people find they get enough just from using CBD like that. We definitely will offer THC and CBD combination products for sale through legal and licensed dispesaries. You will see those THC products start to be released over the 3 weeks and coming months.
