Notification About Security Incident

On Monday, June 26, 2017, Don Davidson MD offices detected unauthorized access in our electronic medical records system. Patients who have received medical consultations through or EazeMD may have had limited medical information compromised; name, phone number and patient notes.

We have since blocked this unauthorized access and are working with an independent security firm to assess the full extent of the impact.

The limited number of patients whose information was compromised have been notified. We're continuing to investigate and monitor the situation, and are notifying patients as we confirm if their information was compromised.

We’ll be updating this post with more information as it becomes available. Additional inquires can be sent to

  • Update: The two patients who’s medical information had been compromised were notified within a few days of the event. After a full cyber security audit, on Friday, June 30th Don Davidson’s servers established a new, higher level of security. As always, our patient’s privacy and security are of utmost importance to us and we take every measure to ensure it.
